The Woolpack, in the heart of historic Banstead, is a community local that can trace its roots back to the 18th century. In the 21st century it remains a traditional village pub where you are guaranteed a warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere.
The Woolpack is renowned for its varied menu of freshly cooked, authentic food.
We are home to a superb selection of real ales and lagers from Shepherd Neame, Britain’s oldest brewer, as well as serving an extensive list of wines. All of these elements ensure that people come back time and time again.
Looking for more than just a great place to grab a drink or a bite to eat? Our Banstead pub hosts a popular quiz every Monday from 8pm (advance booking is highly recommended), and a live jazz afternoon on the last Tuesday of every month, from 2.00-4.00pm. There’s always something great happening at The Woolpack - keep an eye on our Facebook for upcoming events.
We are committed to doing the right thing for our communities, our people and our environment.
As part of our recently launched People, Pubs & Planet strategy, we are investing in new energy-saving initiatives and technology, including rolling out electric car charging points across our estate.
The Woolpack, Banstead is among seven pubs currently offering these facilities, and has 3 points available for customers to use.
